Description
Our 12" x 6" Reflective Sign Blanks are manufactured from alodized aluminum with reflective material on one or both sides and feature 1 1/2" radius corners and two 3/8" mounting holes.

Hall Signs aluminum blanks are manufactured at our Bloomington facility per U.S. Bureau of Public Roads Standards. Our standard blanks have 3/8" holes for mounting and radius corners in accordance with the Federal Standard Highway Signs Manual. The aluminum substrate base for our aluminum sign blanks is chemically treated to add longer life and weather resistance. Reflective Aluminum Blanks are covered with material on one or both sides.

I ordered over 200 of these signs. Most of them were in perfect condition, but there were about a dozen that the HIP sheeting was poorly trimmed on the edges. I had to trim some and others had notches of the aluminum underneath showing. Most were perfect though and the ones that weren't were still usable just not as nice as I would have liked. Used this for addresses on Apartment Buildings and they do stand out and look nice.

We are using these for E911 address signs. The HIP sheeting is perfectly cut to each blank. These signs really stand out among many poorly crafted address signs thanks to Hall Signs.
