2009 MUTCD

The Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) is a guide published by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The MUTCD defines the standards used by road managers to install and maintain traffic control devices (including highway signs) on public streets, highways, bikeways and private roads open to public travel. The most recent edition was published in 2009.
