Description
Our 48" x 24" Reflective Sign Blanks are manufactured from alodized aluminum with reflective material on one or both sides and feature 1 7/8" radius corners and four 3/8" mounting holes.
All Hall Signs aluminum blanks are manufactured at our Bloomington facility per U.S. Bureau of Public Roads Standards. Our standard blanks have 3/8" holes for mounting and radius corners in accordance with the Federal Standard Highway Signs Manual. The aluminum substrate base for our aluminum sign blanks is chemically treated to add longer life and weather resistance. Reflective Aluminum Blanks are covered with material on one or both sides. Choose from three grades of reflective material in seven standard highway colors.

Best deal with a good quality
I purchased 2 of these signs with reflective backing to hang on the street pole. I searched online and Hall Signs is the only place which carries the thickness I want (0.080 gauge) and at a very good deal. I initially bought 2 other signs at small size but they were too small for street signs ( 24" x 18") so I decided to get a larger size this time- 48" x 24". I used steel strap and bracket to secure them on the pole. Great customer service too. The sales representative even added an extra hole in the middle of the sign for me per my request without charging extra. Thanks Hall Signs. Alan
