This Sign Face is an adhesive decal ONLY and does not include a substrate backing.

Speed Limit (R2-1) signs display the limit established by law, ordinance, regulation, or as adopted by the agency based on an engineering study. Speed limits are located at the points of change from one speed limit to another, at major intersections, or where it is necessary to remind road users that speed limits are still applicable. Speeds must be displayed in increments of 5 mph. This sign face is a vertical rectangle with a black legend and border on a white background.
