W1-5 Winding Road

The Winding Road (W1-5) horizontal alignment warning sign is used to advise motorists of a change in the roadway alignment. This sign may be used instead of multiple Turn (W1-1) or Curve (W1-2) signs where there are three or more changes in roadway alignment each separated by a tangent distance of less than 600 feet. This sign is a diamond shape with a black legend and border on a yellow background.
