W14-3 No Passing Zone

The NO PASSING ZONE (W14-3) sign is be installed on the left side of the roadway at the beginning of no-passing zones identified by pavement markings or DO NOT PASS signs or both. This sign is a pennant-shaped isosceles triangle with its longer axis horizontal and pointing to the right. It has a black legend and border on an orange background.
